About

Hi! I’m a comics creator and illustrator based in the south west of England.

I explore themes of culture, imagination, journeys and nature in my work. My aim is to give my viewer an emotive experience; to think about the world around us and how we belong, as human beings.

For the past four years I’ve been researching whales, and their relationship with humans and other animals. My ultimate goal for this project is a long-form comic (or several) to bring awareness to the various species’ incredible intricacies, and their ultimate need for survival. So far I’ve spoken to biologists and researchers around the world, combining art and science to tell the incredible stories of these animals.

Aside from my own work, I also co-run comics micro-publisher Good Comics with Paddy Johnston and Sam Williams. You can find out more information about what we do on the Good Comics website.
